If you’ve got asphalt, sooner or later you’ll have cracks. Once water seeps in through cracks, it deteriorates the foundation of your pavement and leads to worse problems. The important question is what type of cracks you have and how bad are they? Not all cracks need to be sealed. Rather than talk you into more than you need, Cactus will tell you exactly what you require.
We use a special crack sealer containing rubber and polymers. Heated to over 300 degrees, we inject this sealer into cracks with a pressurized wand. This effectively seals out moisture and creates a protective barrier for your asphalt. It’s easier than repaving — not to mention less expensive.
